Shipping policy
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. During peak seasons or extreme weather conditions, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
We prefer to ship orders Monday - Wednesday to avoid weekend delays but sometimes we will ship later in the week if weather is nice.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:
We ship via USPS or UPS to ensure the safest and fastest delivery of your live plants. If you have a carrier preference, please indicate in the order notes. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout:

FREE SHIPPING includes STANDARD shipping and sometimes expedited. If you need faster shipping, please reach out to discuss options.
Shipping Restrictions:
Due to agricultural regulations, we are unable to ship to certain states or regions. We currently do not ship internationally.
Weather Considerations:
We take precautions to protect plants from extreme temperatures. Heat packs and insulation are available for purchase during cold months. However, we advise customers to track their shipments and avoid leaving packages outside for extended periods.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
We guarantee that your plants will arrive healthy. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Incorrect or Lost Shipments:
If you receive the wrong item or your order is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Customer Responsibility:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
