Pilea are herbaceous perennials originally from Mexico and Brazil. Outside of zones 11 and 12 they can be grown as annual foliage, houseplants, or fairy gardens and terrariums. Their evergreen summer toughness makes them a good choice for small pots for desks or hanging baskets for porches after your flowering plants have succumbed to the heat.

Plants featured in our listing photos are not the same plants that will be received unless this is explicitly noted in the listing. However, your plant will be very similar to the one pictured, with the same number of plants per pot.

Plants stress during transit. It is normal for a plant to be a bit dehydrated, have slight tears in foliage, and/or drop a few leaves while it acclimates to your home.
