Pilea microphylla, also commonly known as artillery plant, is an annual or short-lived perennial. It’s best recognized by its many pairs of small, fleshy green leaves that give the plant an almost fern-like appearance.

Tiny green flowers appear during the growing season but they aren’t very prominent. However, they do release a burst of yellow pollen, which earned the plant its common name.

Plants featured in our listing photos are not the same plants that will be received unless this is explicitly noted in the listing. However, your plant will be very similar to the one pictured, with the same number of plants per pot.

Plants stress during transit. It is normal for a plant to be a bit dehydrated, have slight tears in foliage, and/or drop a few leaves while it acclimates to your home.
