During cold months, customers will have to add a heat pack to all cold state orders. 

Orders that do not have heat packs added and get cold damage will not be issued a replacement or refund.

Courier delays and lost in transit issues are not covered within our guarantee policy.

The heat packs are designed to release heat slowly over a period of time, maintaining a consistent and warm temperature inside the box.

UBmove's Thermo Insulated Bubble cushioning protective packaging is an easy and cost-effective way to keep your items cooler or warmer, whether it's for food or for a building, this bubble cushioning can help keep items cool during the summer and warm during the winter. The rolls are double layered with a thermalized film for the outer layer and a 5/32" (4mm) polyethylene bubble inner layer. Great for garage ceilings, attics, basements, crawlspaces, green houses, barns, food packaging and more!

If you do not add weather protection to your order, damage will not be covered.

Any temperatures below 40 degrees compromises the wellness of the plant.

We recommend adding a heat pack for all plant orders during the colder months as well as the faster/priority shipping options to better ensure the safety of your plant/s upon delivery.

Heat packs are not for human use and are only meant for packing purposes.

Avoid direct contact with the heat pack to prevent injury from burning.

DO NOT open the inner pack. If the contents come in contact with skin, eyes, or mouth, flush with cold water and contact a physician.
